An annual initiative that supports underprivileged students by providing them with essential school supplies, enabling them to start the 2026 academic year with confidence and dignity. Organized in collaboration with corporate partners and community stakeholders, the program aims to reduce educational inequality and ensure fair access to learning opportunities.

Back to School Dec 2025/2026: Empowering Children with Confidence and Hope

As the new school year approaches, YEF Malaysia proudly continues its annual Back to School Program, dedicated to supporting orphaned and asnaf children. This initiative provides essential school supplies, helping children begin their academic journey with confidence, dignity, and hope.

In 2025, the program reached 430 students across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang, providing school bags, stationery, and other essential items. The program ran from 4 December 2025 to 30 January 2026.

We are grateful for the generous support of Yayasan Tengku Abdullah, sponsoring beneficiaries in Pahang, and SOGO KL Sdn Bhd, sponsoring beneficiaries in Terengganu. Their collaboration enabled YEF Malaysia to expand its reach and deliver meaningful assistance to more children in need.

December 2025 Distributions

4 December 2025: 25 children from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Perlindungan Al-Haq received school supplies, preparing them for the upcoming school term.
5 December 2025: 20 beneficiaries from Raudhatul Al-Faez were equipped with essential school items.
6 December 2025: 93 children at Rumah Kasih Harmoni, Paya Jaras received school bags, stationery, and books. 43 beneficiaries at Rumah Amal Asnaf Al-Barakh and 26 beneficiaries at Rumah Jagaan Kasih Murni, Taman Keramat also received school essentials.

January 2026 Distributions

12 January 2026: School supplies were delivered to students at SK Changgai in Kelantan, helping them start the new academic year fully prepared.
15 January 2026: In partnership with Yayasan Tengku Abdullah, 64 beneficiaries at Pusat Jagaan Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak Casa Harapan and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Baitul Husna Kuantan in Pahang received school essentials.
16 January 2026: Distributions continued at SK Balok Makmur, ensuring students were equipped and ready for the school year.
Final Distribution: At Rumah Anak Yatim Al Hijrah in Terengganu, sponsored by SOGO KL Sdn Bhd, children received essential school supplies to begin their term successfully.

Through these initiatives, YEF Malaysia continues to empower underprivileged children, ensuring they start each academic year equipped, confident, and full of hope.
