On September 3rd, as part of the Program Mesra Siswa Prevention & Outreach slot organized by Akademi Seni Budaya Dan Warisan Kebangsaan (ASWARA), the community initiative Bengkel Kesihatan Reproduksi & ‘Kami Cakna’ (Outreach) was successfully conducted in collaboration with YEF MSIA and the OrphanCare Foundation. This impactful program aimed to raise awareness on reproductive health and engage in community outreach, simultaneously held at two key locations: Kompleks ASWARA and Jalan Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur.

At Jalan Chow Kit, ASWARA students, YEF MSIA staff, and three dedicated trainees volunteered their time and efforts to assist in cleaning houses and communal areas, including toilets, corridors, and pathways, while also handling rubbish disposal. This team cleaned approximately ten rooms, clearing old items and clutter from the residences along Lorong Haji Taib 1 & 2.

Concurrently, at Panggung Eksperimen ASWARA, OrphanCare Foundation conducted the Bengkel Kesihatan Reproduksi session. This workshop included interactive group activities and insightful presentations on reproductive health, designed to educate and empower participants with essential knowledge. This program component emphasized the importance of reproductive health awareness and provided a safe space for open dialogue, furthering the outreach mission of the event.

Through this collaborative initiative, YEF Malaysia, ASWARA, and OrphanCare Foundation have underscored their commitment to creating a positive impact by addressing both physical and educational needs within the community. This joint effort not only enriched the lives of those in attendance but also set a strong foundation for continued support and engagement in the future.
