The Future Leaders

What They Say

YEF MSIA focuses on underprivileged students, including orphans and those with limited financial means, who possess a strong desire to pursue higher education but face obstacles in doing so. From my perspective, this represents one of the initial measures in supporting students in these circumstances.

YEF MSIA is dedicated to making every effort to encourage and enable participation from the corporate sector in nurturing and advancing these young individuals. We consider this effort as a shared responsibility (fardhu kifayah), and I firmly believe that by providing these youths with opportunities and exposure will lead to the cultivation of a brighter generation.

Becoming a YEF MSIA trainee enabled me to acquire independence, self-management skills, and a clearer direction in pursuing my career goals.

I used to accompany my late mother in volunteering, and now, I continue to dedicate my time as a volunteer whenever YEF MSIA conducts community programs. Involvement in YEF MSIA's initiatives has fueled my passion for volunteering.

I never imagined myself reaching this point in my life where I could pursue my studies at a university. I had concerns that my parents might be unable to support my university expenses. However, thanks to YEF MSIA's assistance, I was able to realise my wish. Becoming a YEF MSIA trainee not only provided me with the opportunity to further my education but also helped me to develop myself. I used to be hesitant about interacting with others, but now, I've embraced a new identity.

YEF MSIA has been instrumental in both my academic journey and financial management during my studies. Whenever I encountered challenges in a particular subject, YEF was always ready to arrange additional classes to improve our academic performance.

Farah Izzati,
YEF MSIA Trainee.

As a participant of the 'Recharge' program, I experienced a significant boost in my confidence and I had the opportunity to connect with fellow trainees who shared similar life circumstances, some of whom faced even greater challenges. I am deeply thankful for being part of YEF MSIA, where support is readily available.
