The Youth Empowerment Foundation Malaysia Intervention Program 2024 (YIP 2024) took place from June 23 to July 6 across multiple locations and was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience. The program commenced at Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur, where participants were introduced to a university environment, immersing them in academic surroundings and equipping them with essential technical knowledge for their future careers. Following this, the program continued at Agrotek Garden Resort in Hulu Langat, where the focus was on building teamwork, enhancing self-confidence, and developing strong communication skills. Together, these experiences prepared participants with the practical skills and resilience needed for their personal and professional journeys.

The YEF MSIA Intervention Program was designed to help underprivileged trainees improve themselves, increase their confidence levels, and motivate them before entering any educational or technical institution.

The program is a part of the Youth Empowerment and Development Strategy, encouraging trainees to take charge and improve their quality of life. The focus of the program was to promote a positive culture and attitude toward better living among underprivileged or at-risk youth. It also served as a framework to prevent and reduce violence among young people.

YEF MSIA remained committed to educating and protecting underprivileged teenagers from becoming involved in gangsterism, prostitution, drug abuse, and other social problems. YEF MSIA actively assisted these target groups in reintegrating into the community positively by providing educational opportunities, technical training, and platforms that helped them become independent.
