Empowering Futures: YEF Malaysia’s Back to School Program

As the new school year approaches, YEF MSIA continues its mission to support underprivileged children through its Back to School Program. This initiative ensures that orphaned and asnaf children receive the necessary school supplies, helping them start their academic journey with confidence and hope.

This year, we reached out to 254 students across Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang, providing them with essential school items. Our journey began on 21st December 2024, where we supported 29 beneficiaries from Rumah Titian Kasih and 15 from the Asnaf community in Chow Kit, equipping them with school necessities.

On 4th January 2025, we extended our efforts to 15 beneficiaries from Raudhatul Al-Faez, ensuring they had the supplies needed for the new school term.

On 13th January 2025, we provided school essentials to 6 beneficiaries from Rumah Anakku Sayang Ar Rayyan and 15 from Pusat Jagaan Anak Yatim Al Kausar.

On 16th January 2025, we assisted 133 students at SK Pulau Gajah, Kelantan, by giving them school bags, stationery, and books to help them prepare for the new academic year.

Our efforts then continued on 17th January 2025, where we supported 26 beneficiaries from Rumah Kebajikan Anak Yatim Al Hijrah.

On 18th January 2025, we provided school uniforms, shoes, and other essential supplies to 36 beneficiaries from Pusat Jagaan Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak Casa Harapan and 10 from the Asnaf community in Balok, Pahang.

On 25th January 2025, we reached out to 20 beneficiaries from Keluarga Besar Norlina Alawi Berhad and 39 from the Asnaf community in PPR Desa Rejang, ensuring they were well-equipped for the new school year.

Finally, on 13th February 2025, we extended our support to 2 beneficiaries from the Asnaf community in Gombak.

All of this was made possible by the generous contributions from individual donors and supporters. Your kindness has given these children not only the tools for education but also the motivation to pursue their dreams.
